The following two points should be paid attention to in the assembly of new parts of the Japanese standard pneumatic flange ball valve:
1. Precautions for lubricating with grease: Grease requirements are compatible with the metal materials, rubber parts, plastic parts and working medium of the pneumatic Japanese standard flanged ball valve. For example, if the working medium is gas, you can choose to use special 221 grease. The places that require a layer of sealing grease are: the surface of the seal installation groove, the rubber seal, the sealing surface of the valve stem and the friction surface, etc., and it can also be injected through the grease injection valve in the follow-up.
2. When assembling, no metal chips, fibers, grease (except those specified for use), dust, and other impurities, foreign objects and other pollution, adhesion, etc. are not allowed to stay on the surface of the part, or enter the cavity of the part, otherwise Will scratch the seat and ball sealing surfaces.
